 Hey,long time no see the classic Joker! Latelly it seems it's all about Heath Ledger's Joker or the Joker from Batman: The Animated Series style.
His hair reminds me of Jim Aparo's (R.I.P.) Joker, great work with the shadings, renderings and textures. -- -Commissions OPEN!- -Tomando Encargos nuevamente!- Examples : Dragonball -Super-heroes -Photorealistic -portraits -paintings- and general manga/anime -   A perfect Jokerish scene.

As much as I love the construction of the face, the level of detail in the background really impresses me. -- "Art is a force of nature, the canvas is merely a tool we have used in a futile attempt to domesticate it."  Fantastic! And he's got a feel of an actor in a great 80s Batman TV show that never was....

Critiques
I try to figure out how quick you do these but I have not. First off, great shading. The shadows, even those on the wall, are in correct positions. Nothing is to dark or to bold. I feel you did a superb job on the textures of the wall behind the joker, looks real, and it brings the colors and the picture together. With the jokers expression you nailed the shadows with your light source coming from the left. You have even gone so far as to have a slight twinkle in the left cornea. The detail on the newspaper pages on the left side of the image looks like you actually used a real newspaper for a model. I think this is one of the better images you have done as far as an overall picture. Good job, yet again, and thank you for the image.
