Hey Mr. Mayhew, I'm just getting into watercolors and acrylics and I way wondering if you could help me out? One thing is how do you keep the comic paper from warping. What do you do or use to make the smooth transfer between layers. Any other tips would be nice too. Thanks!

I would recommend painting on 140lb watercolor paper, instead of bristol board comic paper. You will notice a major difference. You have to cut it yourself from 22X30 sheets generally. I like Arches or Fabriano, and I like it hot press, which is very smooth.
