 The expression of dispair in her face is trully realistic, the hole page has a melancolly feeling that overpasses to the viewer. Is simply excellent!

 Ok, I have studied the image in order to say something useful to you, but there is nothing to fix or improve about the colours, the expression or the layout of the page: everything is nearly perfect.
I have just one but, which is actually more like a suggest. If you take the character more to the right side of the panel, the greater empty space will give her two things: More loneliness, and a stronger melancholic mood, since she has more space to see. I hope you find this usefull ^_^  I'm floored by the colours in this. Beautiful work!
 i love the technique on the window panes. and the overall effect of the simple horizontal panels is powerful stuff. and the edge the watercolor gives it...<3
