Sorry, i'm not an idiot, but i had to tell you that.
The Scream is good too, but I think it could have looked better if it had a bit of dimension to it. It would be nice if it had some sort of foreground effect. One way to go would be to skew your shading on the figure to coincide a bit with the effect, or add some mildy opaque continuation of the "rings". Barring that, a little ground effect infront of her would work too.

Nice shadows and light, and you really get the sense of the sonic burst from the centre of the page. Awesome
Like the "Ultra-Sound" effect.
...A bit skinny though.
